SSW supported the restoration work at the Old Catholic Church of St Mary Magdalene in Prague in 2002. The building is beside the River Vltava and although the church itself was untouched the crypt had been completely flooded and the electrics ruined. Anglicans who had just attended the Old Catholic Congress saw the damage for themselves when they joined the congregation for the Sunday Eucharist.
